Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, Route 66, The Grand Canyon, The Horseshoe and the Antelope Canyon Part 2

We drove to Page in a few hours from the Grand Canyon. It had been snowing on and off but it did warm up a little when we reached Page. We checked in after a break headed to the Horse Shoe bend. I had become a popular destination so you can ask the local and they will direct you to it. Also there are no guard rails, there is no set up. It is just you and nature which makes it very rustic and very dangerous. It would be quite easy to take a topple over the edge.

Anyways here we go. If you missed part 1 here you go.
Don't ask : ).

There isn't much to do after seeing it so we headed back to the hotel after passing by the local Walmart for alcohol to relax in the hotel by the indoor pool. It was soooo cheap too. There isn't much to do in Page besides seeing the local attractions. Later on we headed to a restaurant that happened to be open for dinner and the food was great.

The next day we set out to the Upper Antelope canyon. You have to book with one of the few agencies in Page before going. You will select a time slot and you just have to get there before then.

After the Upper Antelope we headed to the Lower Antelope which was my favorite.

And that was it for our little trip.
